What will you be doing?

As an In/Outbound Employee, you play an important role in the daily functioning of our warehouse. You make sure items are correctly received, put to their right storage place, and you prepare them for outgoing shipments. 

You’ll be doing various tasks throughout the day: for example, your day may start with incoming orders, where you have to check if the items match the purchase order (there’s some staring at small numbers, occasional scanning, and filling forms involved). After you register the products in our system, you will move them to their correct warehouse locations. Then you move on to preparing pallets and packages for outgoing orders. 

In this position, we appreciate accuracy, good communication, focus on details, and a proactive attitude. Warehouse operations are hands-on, so we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable with physical work, lifting up to 25kg, and moving around the warehouse most of the day. Basic computer skills are also a requirement, as you’ll have to, for example, fill in forms and contact shipping companies. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

· Checking incoming orders and putting them correctly into our systems; 

· Processing outgoing orders - picking and packing;

· Checking that items are placed in the correct warehouse locations 

· Contacting shipping companies when needed, including booking shipments for outgoing orders; 

· Collaborating with different warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations;

· Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. 

What are we looking for?

· Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred; 

· Good organizational and communication skills; 

· Basic computer skills and experience working with warehouse systems like Business Central; 

· Ability to work accurately and independently;

· A teamplayer with a proactive and hands-on mentality;

· Good English communication skills, written and spoken; 

· Someone physically fit and comfortable with warehouse activities.
