Triple G Hotel, is a 3-star establishment located in the vibrant Bos en Lommer district of Amsterdam. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences, supported by a dedicated team fluent in multiple languages.
As a Receptionist at Triple G Hotels, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping to prepare rooms for incoming guests. Your proactive approach will set the tone for a positive guest experience throughout the day and evening.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, mails, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.​

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is required in addition, proficiency in both written and spoken communication in at least one of the following languages is also required: Dutch, German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, with a minimum of one year of experience working in a hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.​

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary and allowances in accordance with the Dutch hospitality sector's Collective Labor Agreement (CAO horeca), with the possibility of a higher salary depending on experience.
• Holiday allowance of 8% of gross annual salary.
• Travel allowance based on commuting distance.

Functieomschrijving:
Als receptionist ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en speel je een cruciale rol in het creëren van een gastvrije en professionele omgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het in- en uitcheckproces, het beheren van reserveringen en het verstrekken van informatie over onze diensten en de omgeving.​

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Gasten verwelkomen en assisteren bij het in- en uitchecken.
• Beheren van reserveringen, annuleringen en kamerindelingen.
• Samenwerken met housekeeping om kamerbeschikbaarheid te waarborgen.
• Beantwoorden van vragen en verstrekken van informatie over hotelvoorzieningen en lokale attracties.
• Afhandelen van betalingen en bijhouden van nauwkeurige administratie.
• Onderhouden van een nette en georganiseerde receptieomgeving.

Functie-eisen:

• Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal is vereist daarnaast is een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van ten minste één van de volgende talen ook vereist: Nederlands, Duits, Frans, Spaans of Italiaans.
• Ervaring in de horeca of klantenservice is wenselijk.
• Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
• Vermogen om effectief te multitasken in een dynamische omgeving.
• Flexibiliteit om verschillende diensten te werken, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen.​

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

• Salaris en toeslagen conform de Horeca CAO, met de mogelijkheid van een hoger salaris afhankelijk van ervaring.
• Vakantietoeslag van 8% van het bruto jaarsalaris.
• Mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het hotel.​
