We are looking for a Packaging Machine Operator for a modern food production facility in Boxmeer. You will work with automated packaging lines in a clean and well organised production environment where quality, safety and teamwork are key.


Functie omschrijving


As a Packaging Machine Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production line running efficiently. You set up machines, monitor the process and solve minor technical issues when needed.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and operating packaging machines
  • Monitoring product quality and packaging standards
  • Performing quality checks on weight, coding and packaging
  • Solving minor machine stoppages and line issues
  • Recording production data and deviations
  • Following hygiene and safety procedures
  • Communicating effectively during shift handovers

Functie eisen


Experience as an Operator, Machine Operator or Production Operator

Experience in food, pharmaceutical or packaging environments is preferred

Good technical understanding and attention to detail

Good command of the English language

Dutch language skills are a plus, but not required

Willingness to work in a 3 shift system
