Isola Bella Amsterdam is hiring after our grand reopening!

Located in the heart of Amsterdam, just steps away from Rembrandtplein, Isola Bella has been a beloved destination for authentic Italian cuisine and warm hospitality for many years. After an extensive eight-month renovation, we proudly reopened our doors in June with a refreshed interior, renewed energy, and exciting plans for the future.

As we begin this new chapter, we are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hospitality-driven team members to join our growing restaurant family.

Whether you have years of experience in hospitality or are looking to develop your skills in a dynamic restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking team members who:

  • Have a positive and professional attitude
  • Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service
  • Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Are flexible regarding evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Have previous hospitality experience (preferred but not always required depending on the position)
  • Speak English; additional languages such as Dutch or Italian are a plus

Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Front of House

  • Greeting and assisting guests
  • Taking food and beverage orders
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Working closely with kitchen and bar staff
  • Ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience

Kitchen Team

  • Preparing ingredients and dishes according to restaurant standards
  • Maintaining food quality and presentation
  • Following food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Keeping workstations clean and organized
  • Supporting team operations during busy service periods
