As the company enters its next phase of international growth, the Dutch organization is looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen its financial foundation and support the business in becoming more data-driven and controlled.

As Finance Manager, you report to the Director of Commercial Finance in Sweden and act as the financial lead for the Netherlands. You work closely with the Managing Director Netherlands and the local leadership team, taking full ownership of the financial operations of the Dutch entity.

This is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for the entire transactional finance cycle – including general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, month-end and year-end closing, statutory reporting, tax filings, audit coordination, and internal controls. You ensure that all financial processes run accurately and in line with local regulations and group standards, while continuously improving structure and control.

You lead and develop the local finance team, bringing oversight, discipline, and accountability across the function.

In addition, you act as the day-to-day finance business partner for the Netherlands, working closely with Renze de Ruiter and the local team. You support performance tracking, cash flow, and cost control, while ensuring alignment with Group Finance. Business partnering is an important part of the role but always grounded in strong ownership of the numbers.

By combining strong accounting ownership with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset, you contribute to a well-controlled finance function and support the continued development of the Dutch organization within the wider ZetaDisplay Group.

Who are you?
You are a hands-on finance professional who takes ownership of the numbers and ensures everything adds up: from transaction to reporting. You bring structure, accuracy, and accountability, and have a strong understanding of how the full financial cycle connects.

You are detail-oriented but able to step back and translate numbers into insights. You communicate clearly, work well with non-finance stakeholders, and take initiative in improving processes and controls. You stay calm under pressure, adapt easily, and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment.

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with strong exposure to transactional processes, month-end closings, and statutory reporting
• Solid experience managing the full accounting cycle and driving process improvements
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and local regulations
• Experience in an international and/or multi-entity environment
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel (experience with NetSuite and AARO is a plus)
• Experience with system improvements or process automation is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Affinity with SaaS or technology-driven environments is a plus

This creates a mix of revenue recognition dynamics, working capital considerations, and margin profiles that require a strong grip on both transactional accuracy and performance tracking.

For the Netherlands, this translates into a finance function that ensures accurate accounting and compliance, while also providing clear insight into performance drivers such as revenue mix, gross margins, opex, and cash flow. Close interaction with Renze de Ruiter is key, both in day-to-day decision-making and in steering the business on performance and cost control.

Ownership & growth phase

Since its delisting from Nasdaq Stockholm in 2021, ZetaDisplay has been backed by Hanover Investors. The company is in a phase of further international growth and professionalization, with a clear focus on scaling its software-driven business model, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening financial control across entities.

For finance, this means an increasing focus on standardization, process improvements, and building a scalable financial foundation that supports growth across markets.
