As we continue to expand our operations within our Limes International business in Leiden, we’re looking for a proactive and driven Junior Support Professional to join our growing team.

This is a fast‑moving, people‑focused role where variety is the norm and no two days look the same. Working closely with the wider support team, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running seamlessly—removing roadblocks, improving processes, and helping colleagues stay focused on what they do best.

What a typical day looks like...


  • Acting as a first point of contact, confidently handling calls from clients and stakeholders
  • Managing shared inboxes and ensuring timely, professional responses
  • Preparing correspondence and engagement letters with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Keeping a close eye on deadlines and statutory requirements, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Coordinating Wwft (AML) requests via RegLab and supporting compliance processes
  • Maintaining and updating client data with precision
  • Supporting meetings and appointments—from preparing spaces to welcoming clients
  • Playing a key role in onboarding new colleagues and creating a smooth start to their journey
  • Supporting offboarding processes with care and professionalism
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of internal and external events
  • Taking on a variety of ad hoc tasks, bringing flexibility and a proactive mindset
  • Liaising with building management to keep the office running smoothly, from maintenance to supplies
  • Providing hands-on support during IT projects and helping colleagues with day-to-day IT queries

What attributes make someone brilliant in this role…


  • A completed relevant MBO or HBO qualification
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience is an advantage, preferably within a professional services organisation
  • Willingness to complete a BHV (emergency response) course (or already in possession of a valid certificate)
  • Willingness to complete a Wwft (AML) course and keep your knowledge up to date.
  • Fluent in Dutch and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable working with a CRM system
  • Accurate, with the ability to set priorities effectively
  • Service‑oriented and customer‑focused;
  • Flexible, proactive and resilient under pressure;
  • Professional, enthusiastic and representative;
  • A true team player who can also work independently;
