This role involves forklift operation, order picking and packing, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. Ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse jobs, a valid forklift license, and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a vital role in our day-to-day warehouse operations — handling everything from inventory to shipping with accuracy, energy, and a focus on safety.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and (preferably) reach trucks — certification or willingness to become certified required.
• Perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and unloading of goods.
• Maintain accurate records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS - Footprint).
• Organize inbound and outbound freight in designated areas.
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork with precision and timeliness.
• Communicate shipment issues quickly to the account coordinator.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support teammates and contribute to smooth, efficient operations.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Take on other tasks as required — flexibility is part of the job.

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift/reach truck operation experience (or willingness to train and certify).
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 kg regularly.
• Comfortable working in variable warehouse temperatures.
• Basic math skills; ability to complete documentation accurately.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first mindset.

Education & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, checklists, and basic documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
