Shift leader

A Shift Leader is responsible for providing the best customer experience and making sure that all food served is fresh, delicious and has followed all food safety procedures during the preparation process.

Profile

• You speak English or Dutch
• You are a team player
• You have hospitality experience and have an understanding of the financial aspect of the business
• You have the ability to lead and train a team
• You are customer oriented and have an eye for detail
• You have the ambition to grow within the company and are flexible regarding the working hours

Primary responsibilities

• You will be helping customers and solving complaints and problems
• You will be responsible for managing the team to fulfill the taks regarding cleaning, tidying and refilling
• You will be doing a few administration tasks

• €15.5 gross per hour

Pay: Up to €15,50 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
