grid congestion and deliver reliable power to companies. We are one of the few companies

in Europe that builds energy storage systems using our own tailored, in-house battery

About the Job

Productiemedewerker

An energy storage system is a complex machine with many moving parts. We build them

from the ground up; transforming an empty shipping container into a fully functioning

powerhouse. Because of the many processes involved, your days will be highly varied.

Your Growth Path:

1. Phase 1 (Onboarding): You will learn the ropes of our technology and systems. Your

hands-on training begins with building battery frames and brackets.

2. Phase 2 (Assembly): Once you pass the quality checks, you will advance to building

batteries and working directly on our battery assembly line.

3. Phase 3 (Specialization): After mastering the basics, we will move you into a role that

suits your skill level, experience, and interests. Whether that is a specialized building,

electrical work, or becoming an all-rounder, we want you to have a say in your

growth so you can thrive in an environment you love.

Note: This job can be physically demanding, so bring your energy and enthusiasm to the

work floor!

What We Need From You (Requirements)

• Power Tools Experience: You have experience safely using power tools.
• Physical Fitness: This role sometimes involves heavy lifting, standing for extended periods of time, and working with your hands throughout the day. You must be physically fit and capable of safely performing these tasks.
• Team Player: You are easy to work with, communicate well with your coworkers, and enjoy working in an international team.
• Safety first: You are critical about safety on the work floor, you understand what it means to work safely and how to work safely.
• Language Skills: You speak English well. Speaking or currently learning Dutch is a strong plus.
• Location & Permit: You live in or near Arnhem and have a valid Dutch work/residence permit.

• Basic VCA Diploma
• Forklift License
