As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our stores, helping customers find the perfect products while creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience. If you are energetic, organized, sales-driven, and love interacting with people, this is your opportunity to shine!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Identify customer needs, recommend products, and provide personalized service.

• Create memorable guest experiences by sharing the story behind our brand Biba Dushi and its meaning.

• Guide customers through the store and recommend products that match their interests.

• Promote sales by encouraging customers to discover and try our products.

• Provide information about company return and exchange policies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.

• Assist with merchandising, product displays, pricing, and inventory activities.

• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and balance receipts accurately.

• Deliver engaging presentations at our Atlantis Retail location according to company guidelines.

• Take pictures and assist in selling photo products at our Atlantis Retail location.

• Work together with the team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding service.

Requirements:

• Minimum M.A.V.O. or equivalent

• 1 year of retail experience

• Basic computer knowledge is a must

• Speak and write English, Papiamento and Spanish; Dutch is a plus

• Flexible to work holidays, weekends and shifts

• Good team player

• Strong communication, team player, customer relations and sales oriented

• Own transportation is a must

• Experience working with sales Target

• Comfortable working on your feet for long shifts

• Passionate about fashion and skilled in setting up attractive product presentations.

• Cashier experience is a plus.
