De Palm Tours is looking for an organized, hands-on leader to supervise our watersports crew and support daily operations. Strong supervisory and administrative skills are essential. Food & Beverage and/or Water Sport knowledge is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager with daily planning, administration, reports, and follow-up.

• Supervise the crew, assign duties, monitor punctuality, and communicate performance concerns.

• Coordinate vessel supplies, storeroom inventory, and accurate stock records.

• Deliver excellent guest service and support safe check-in, boarding, and passenger head counts.

• Uphold safety standards, report incidents and mechanical issues, and support vessel security.

Requirements

• Minimum EPI-level education or equivalent.

• At least two years of supervisory experience.

• Proven administrative skills, accurate recordkeeping, and consistent follow-through.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

• Fluency in English, and Papiamento is a plus.

• A positive, flexible approach and the ability to balance administration with active supervision.

Strong Advantages

• Supervisory experience in hospitality, tourism, Food & Beverage, or watersports.

• Valid Green Card and Kleinvaarbewijs.
