Job description:

There’s something special about a proper English pub good beers, live sports on the screens, and a steady buzz of people enjoying themselves.

That’s exactly what you’ll find at The Three Sisters.

We’re looking for bartenders and waiters who enjoy that kind of environment. People who are comfortable behind a busy bar or on the floor, know how to look after guests, and bring a relaxed, friendly energy to the team.

The Role

You’ll be working in a busy, social pub, serving a mix of locals, expats, and international guests. This is a hands-on role you’ll need to stay organised, aware, and keep the service flowing while maintaining a great atmosphere.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serving drinks and/or food quickly and confidently
  • Keeping your section or bar clean, organised, and running smoothly
  • Handling busy shifts with calmness and awareness
  • Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Working closely with your team and supporting each other during service

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a busy bar, pub, or restaurant
  • Comfortable in a lively, social environment
  • Strong people skills and a natural, friendly attitude
  • Team player mentality (no egos, just good teamwork)
  • Comfortable with late finishes (01:00–03:00)
  • Fluent English required
