About Together Matters

Together Matters is an online platform that helps internationals in the Netherlands in their job search on the Dutch job market. We offer structured programs, practical frameworks, live online workshops and online sprints to guide people on this.

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on content creator who takes ownership of the channel and makes it perform: someone who grows engaged reach, drives interaction, and turns followers into newsletter sign-ups and enquiries.

Objectives for this role

• Establish a consistent, recognisable publishing rhythm on Instagram.
• Convert our existing program material into content that reaches new audiences.
• Grow engaged reach and interaction and strengthen the funnels we have through Manychat.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Instagram account and our wider Meta presence, from planning through publishing.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, working in batches so that production stays ahead of the schedule.
• Tell us what material you need.
• Produce carousels, stories, polls and static posts, drawing on our existing programs, lessons, frameworks and customer reviews.
• Write all captions and on-screen copy in English, consistent with our brand voice.
• Track performance, report on what works, and adjust the approach on that basis.
• Identify relevant formats and trends, and propose how to apply them to our audience.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing social media, with results you can quantify.
• Near-native written English. You can judge when wording is slightly off. AI tools may support your process, but the writing must be your own.
• Confident use of AI tools to work more efficiently, without depending on them for output
• Strong short-form video editing skills.
• Practical working knowledge of Meta.
• A test-and-learn approach.
• Registered as an independent contractor in the Netherlands, with a KvK registration and VAT number.
• Able to travel to our office in Zwaagdijk-Oost, Noord-Holland. Travel time and costs are included in the hourly rate.

Preferred

• Conversational Dutch, so that internal discussions can be held in Dutch where that is quicker. This is not a requirement: strong English and an understanding of our audience matter more.
• Experience with education, coaching or career-related brands.

What we offer

• €50 per hour excluding VAT.
• 4 hours per week, or 8 hours every two weeks.
• A minimum of one working day per month at our office in Zwaagdijk-Oost.
• Free access to all Together Matters programs, workshops and sprints.
• Direct access to the founder and short decision lines.
• A well-equipped office in Zwaagdijk-Oost.
