What you will do

• Provide high‑level executive support by managing complex calendars, meetings, and priorities across multiple time zones
• Coordinate and track administrative and business initiatives by organizing timelines, consolidating inputs, and monitoring follow‑up actions
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations, reports, and briefing materials aligned to leadership objectives and deadlines
• Support planning and execution of recurring and ad‑hoc initiatives by maintaining task lists, milestones, and status updates
• Coordinate meetings and workstreams by preparing agendas, aligning stakeholders, capturing actions, and ensuring completion
• Manage information flow by prioritizing requests, organizing documentation, and ensuring timely access to critical materials
• Leverage digital and AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks, and support structured execution
• Identify risks, dependencies, or gaps in execution and take action to keep deliverables on track

What you will need

Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
• Minimum secondary education or equivalent professional qualification
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience supporting senior leaders in an American or international corporate environment

Preferred

• Experience working in fast‑paced, multinational, or matrixed organizations
• Experience coordinating projects, initiatives, or workstreams, including tracking actions, timelines, and deliverables
• Experience preparing executive‑level presentations and business materials
• Experience using AI‑enabled productivity or administrative tools
