About Us

We are a 57-room boutique hotel located in the heart of Amsterdam, just minutes from Central Station. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and service-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Manage reservations and guest requests.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel front office experience is essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including morning, evening, night, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Experience with Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS is a strong advantage.
  • Additional languages (especially Dutch, German, or Spanish) are a plus.
