As a Sales Recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates for vacancies within the engineering, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. You start your week by determining priorities and focusing on the vacancies that require the most attention. In this role, you mainly work with warm leads, allowing you to engage directly with candidates who have already expressed interest.

You conduct intake interviews, review CVs, and schedule appointments. In addition, you know how to generate enthusiasm among candidates for suitable opportunities and guide them throughout the entire recruitment process. You ensure that candidate profiles are professionally prepared, enabling Account Managers to present strong proposals to clients. You also maintain close contact with candidates when they are invited for interviews or have been successfully placed.

Thanks to your commercial mindset, organizational skills, and proactive attitude, you maintain a clear overview of your workload and ensure that opportunities are maximized at every stage of the recruitment process.

What do we expect from you?

• A minimum of MBO Level 4 working and thinking ability;
• Good command of the English language;
• Good command of Spanish and/or Portuguese;
• Demonstrable commercial experience.
