We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for an internationally operating organization in the logistics sector. In this role, you will be an important link between customers and various internal departments, ensuring that orders and deliveries run smoothly.

What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will build strong customer relationships and work closely with your team to manage the entire order process, from receiving orders to delivery and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

You will maintain contact with customers, coordinate activities with internal departments, and collaborate with international colleagues. You will keep customers informed about progress, identify potential issues, and ensure that agreements and commitments are met.

Your key responsibilities

• Process and follow up on orders, order changes, and deliveries.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor progress and communicate any changes or delays.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments and international colleagues.
• Identify and follow up on issues and coordinate urgent shipments.
• Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems.

What do you bring to the role?

• At least a secondary vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking.
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to take initiative independently.
• The ability to maintain an overview and set priorities.
• An accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Good digital skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and business systems.
