Responsibilities

  • Reviewing relevant customs and tax information
  • Preparing, processing, and submitting various customs declarations
  • Maintaining accurate clearance records and “Zuiveringsadministratie”
  • Monitoring processing times for operational customs matters
  • Communicating and coordinating with customers, customs authorities, and internal departments
  • Ensuring accurate and timely administrative processing

Requirements

  • Experience in customs clearance and customs compliance.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and EU customs regulations.
  • Experience working with customs authorities.
  • Dutch and english language proficiency (C1 level or higher).
  • Independent and structured way of working.
  • Completed vocational training in the field of customs, for example through EVOFENEDEX or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in customs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of customs processes and customs legislation.
