In this role, you will help customers modernize infrastructure, accelerate AI adoption, and unlock business value through cloud transformation. Working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams, you will develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth, innovation, and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

Own and close significant cloud, AI, data, and infrastructure modernization opportunities, partnering across customers, Microsoft teams, and the partner ecosystem to drive successful outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers develop and execute cloud, data, and AI transformation strategies aligned to their business goals.
Build strong relationships with key customer and partner stakeholders, driving co-sell motions and partner engagement throughout the sales lifecycle.

Sales & Pipeline Management

Manage a healthy sales and consumption pipeline, driving forecast accuracy, sales performance, and customer adoption.
Use customer insights, consumption trends, renewal data, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and shape sales priorities.
Monitor business performance and drive actions that accelerate customer value and innovation.

Sales Strategy

Lead discussions with business and IT decision-makers to qualify opportunities, build commitment, and advance cloud and AI transformation initiatives.
Orchestrate internal and external stakeholders to increase sales velocity and ensure successful customer outcomes.
Identify whitespace opportunities and market trends, partnering across Microsoft and the ecosystem to expand growth within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

Experience in enterprise technology sales, account management, or business development, with a track record of driving customer growth and business outcomes.
Experience selling cloud, AI, data platform, infrastructure modernisation, or related technology solutions, ideally within a major cloud ecosystem such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Oracle.
Experience leading complex enterprise sales opportunities, engaging business and IT decision-makers, and navigating matrixed customer environments.
Experience working with partners, system integrators, and technical teams to deliver successful customer transformation initiatives.

Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 95,700.00 - € 162,300.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
