At Arthrex, our mission is simple: Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better. As Warehouse Manager Inbound, you play a key role in ensuring that products arrive, are processed efficiently, and are available when healthcare professionals need them.

You will lead a team of Team Leaders and warehouse employees while driving performance, employee development, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across our inbound operation.

What will you do?

As Warehouse Manager Inbound, you are responsible for the overall performance of the inbound warehouse operation. You ensure that goods are received, processed, and stored efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your responsibilities include:

✅ Leading, coaching, and developing a team of 40+ warehouse professionals

✅ Driving operational performance through KPI management and data-driven decision-making

✅ Creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

✅ Ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound shipments

✅ Managing workforce planning, capacity, and resource allocation

✅ Identifying and implementing Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity

✅ Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies

✅ Collaborating closely with Transportation, Procurement, Inventory Control, Quality, and other warehouse departments

✅ Supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to the further growth and development of our EMEA Distribution Centre

What do you bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Proven experience managing larger operational teams
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and operational performance metrics
• Experience with KPI management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Professional proficiency in English
• Dutch and/or German language skills are considered an advantage
