Lead a team of Digital Marketing Account Managers supporting one of the world's most recognised technology brands, in Athens, Greece.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of Digital Marketing Account Managers
  • Drive revenue, retention and customer satisfaction targets
  • Run one-on-ones, performance reviews and coaching sessions
  • Monitor pipeline health, productivity and key performance indicators
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and keep CRM data up to date
  • Partner with clients to align business objectives and growth opportunities

What we're looking for:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (C1)
  • Minimum 3 years leading sales, customer success or account management teams in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of delivering team revenue growth
  • Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting
  • Willingness to work on-site in Athens, Greece
