The organisation
The organisation was founded in 2016 and develops advanced metrology machines for the world's leading chip manufacturers. Their technology improves the quality and yield of microchips, enabling smaller and more powerful consumer electronics.
Today, the company employs approximately 450 people from almost 50 different nationalities and continues to grow rapidly.
The culture is open, informal, international and approachable. People work closely together, think proactively and are given a great deal of freedom and responsibility. You will join a diverse Finance team of eight colleagues and report to the Teamlead Financial Accounting and Payroll Officer.
The role
As a Financial Administrative Officer, the main focus is on Accounts Payable, while you will also support activities within Accounts Receivable. In addition, you will play an important role in the implementation of the new ERP system (Infor). We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks about improvements and helps set up new processes and work instructions.
You will be responsible for, among other things:
· Managing the accounts payable administration, including maintaining contact with suppliers regarding invoices and payments;
· Preparing, sending and processing sales invoices;
· Recording and documenting daily financial transactions, including project administration;
· Reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable subledgers, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies;
· Supporting general ledger administration;
· Actively contributing to process improvements and optimisation of administrative processes;
· Supporting and contributing to the implementation of the new ERP system (Infor).
Who are you?
· You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar financial role;
· You have a solid accounting foundation;
· You have experience with 3-way matching;
· You enjoy working in a fast-growing and changing environment;
· You work accurately, in a structured manner and can meet deadlines;
· You are proactive and enjoy improving processes;
· You have experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills;
· You have a good command of the English language;
· Experience in a production environment is considered a plus.
