Job Title: Genreal Manager

About the Role
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior GM / Area Manager to join our team at a new and innovative coffee concept launching in Amsterdam. The role will require initial London based training prior to opening in Amsterdam. Start date is expected to be mid-February.

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive the success of our first EU store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence and above all an excellent coffee experience. This is a chance to shape the future of our brand as we expand across Europe. The ideal candidate will grow into being an area manager as the brand grows in Amsterdam with 4 units planned by the end of 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of the Amsterdam location, ensuring excellence in every aspect of service.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with customers and the community.
  • Collaborate with the head office in London on business strategy and expansion planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Senior Manager, or similar leadership role in the coffee or hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
  • A candidate looking to step into an area/operations manager role
  • A passion for coffee, customer service, and innovation.
  • Exceptional operational and financial management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel between London and Amsterdam as required.
