Arden White Recruitment is partnering with a leading technology and mobility solutions company that is expanding its Customer Service team based in their stunning offices in Schipol-Rijk (50/50 Hybrid).

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with fluent Dutch language skills (spoken, written and reading) and business-level English. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for business customers via phone, email and chat. You will help customers with enquiries, resolve issues and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting business customers and drivers via phone, email and chat
  • Handling and resolving customer enquiries
  • Liaising with external partners on technical issues
  • Managing customer information and processing feedback
  • Handling complaints professionally and ensuring effective follow-up
  • Working across multiple systems, including Salesforce
  • Contributing ideas and improvements within a growing customer service department
What are we looking for?

  • Fluent Dutch language skills (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Business-level English
  • Customer service experience, ideally within B2B, financial services, technical support, hospitality or retail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence using multiple systems and learning new technologies
  • A professional, adaptable and customer-focused approach
