Key Responsibilities
- recruiting new staff and responsible for employment contracts all related confirmation letters and chasing references.
- managing pensions and benefits administration.
- approving job descriptions.
- advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures.
- ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organization.
- advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems.
- negotiating contracts with our suppliers.
Qualifications and Skills
- You must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Effective organizational skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- The ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
- Teamworking and interpersonal skills
- Diplomacy and the ability to deal with situations that are stressful to others
