Night Receptionist (part-time, up to 24 hrs/week) – fixed hotel location(s)

About Nacht Receptie Services (NRS)

NRS is the dedicated night partner for hotels throughout the Netherlands. We manage the full night reception operation, including training and management.
No temp-agency set-ups: you work in stable teams at fixed locations. Reliability, short communication lines and personal growth are key to us. With our in-house training center, you can keep developing your skills.

Your responsibilities

You are the main point of contact during the night shift:

Front desk & administration

  • Check-ins/outs, reservations, no-shows
  • Night administration and night audit

Security & safety

  • Minimum 3 patrol rounds per shift
  • Handling incidents and acting as first contact in emergencies

Service (F&B)

  • Basic bar service (simple drinks)
  • Preparing the breakfast set-up

General upkeep

  • Keeping lobby/reception and public areas tidy and presentable

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience in hospitality/hotels (and/or admin, F&B, or security tasks)
  • Responsible, independent and trustworthy
  • Good command of Dutch and/or English
  • Service-minded and calm under pressure
  • We welcome everyone: students, return-to-work candidates, status holders with hospitality background, starting entrepreneurs, or 50+ professionals

What we offer

  • Starting wage from €15,05 per hour
  • 7-month initial contract → possibility of permanent contract with fixed hours
  • 8% holiday allowance
  • 200 vacation hours (pro rata based on fulltime)
  • Travel allowance from 10 km one way (up to 60 km per shift)

  • Fixed hotel assignment(s) – no rotating locations
