In Barneveld, we have just launched a brand-new logistics operation. For a major client, we supply 450 supermarkets across the Netherlands with chilled products. This means a new team, clear processes, and the opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning.

Please note: the location is not accessible by public transport during working hours, so it is important that you can travel by car, or live within a 30-minute cycling distance.

We are an international logistics organization specialized in temperature-controlled products. Every day, we make sure products are stored, handled, and shipped under the right conditions. In Barneveld, we’re expanding with a new operation that’s still in development. Despite our international scale, the work floor feels down-to-earth and local. You’ll work with helpful colleagues who take shared responsibility. Communication is clear, agreements are straightforward, and there’s always work to do.

The Role
As a Logistics worker, you’ll work in a cooled environment (protective clothing provided). Depending on your experience and preference, you’ll work in inbound, order picking, packing, or on the reach truck.

Your tasks include:

  • Collecting and preparing orders for shipment;
  • Unloading, checking, and storing goods;
  • Moving and stacking pallets using a forklift or reach truck;
  • Restocking pick locations and moving stock;
  • Preparing shipments and assisting with loading/unloading;
  • Working with scanners and a WMS system;
  • Working safely and accurately following clear procedures.

This is what you will bring to the role
We are looking for motivated and reliable people who want to grow with us. Experience is a plus, but motivation and a strong work ethic are just as important.

You’re a great fit for us if you:

  • Have an affinity with the logistics sector;
  • Have a good command of the Dutch or English language (spoken and written);
  • Are available full-time (40 hours per week);
  • Do you travel by car, bicycle, or public transport? All options are possible. For employees travelling by public transport, we provide a bicycle for the final part of the journey to our location.
  • Are open to working flexible or irregular hours;
  • Hold a reach truck certificate, or are willing to obtain one.
