Your Role
As a Regulatory & Quality Assurance , you play a key role in ensuring the safety and the regulatory compliance of our ingredients. You will manage regulatory documentation, oversee certification processes, and ensure that our high standards are met across all products for whole Sweetch group on the international level.
Your responsibilities will include:
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
- Managing and preparing legal documentation for our raw materials to ensure compliance with global cosmetic regulations.
- Keeping our website updated with certification and regulatory documents for customer access.
Quality Assurance
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and managing internal and external audits.
Certifications & Standards
- Coordinating certification processes for Halal, RSPO, Natrue, Cosmos, CSAR, Ecovadis, and ISO 9001.
- Conducting internal training for employees on certification requirements.
Customer Support & Lab Test Coordination
- Assisting international customers with quality claims and regulatory inquiries.
- Arranging and coordinating orders with external labs.
Your role is strategic—you ensure our products meet the highest standards and are safe for use worldwide.

Your Skills & Experience
✔ Experience in Quality Assurance & Cosmetic Regulatory
✔ A degree in chemistry, natural sciences, pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
✔ Fluency in English (both written and spoken). French will be an asset.
✔ Strong analytical, reporting, and administrative skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
