As a Senior Field Service Specialist, you lead the design and configuration of Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations. You ensure organizations can manage work orders, assets, maintenance schedules, and field operations with maximum efficiency. You also help map future-state service processes and guide clients toward best practices.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and configuration of Field Service solutions
• Implementing work order processes, asset structures, agreements, and maintenance workflows
• Configuring mobile apps, including offline capabilities for field technicians
• Optimizing planning, resource scheduling, and capacity management
• Facilitating workshops, analyses, and future-state service design
• Advising clients on service best practices and platform functionality
• Collaborating closely with architects and technical development teams
• Supporting presales activities and solution scoping
• You play a key role in helping organizations create smarter, more efficient, and more predictive service operations using Dynamics 365 Field Service.

Dit breng je mee

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Field Service
• Strong understanding of work order processes and Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO)
• Certifications, such as MB‑210, MB‑240, and PL‑200, are required
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
