At Juweliershuis Aalbers we are looking for a creative and experienced Jewelry Designer to join our team. In this role, the main focus will be on designing unique jewelry pieces, reflecting the style and quality Aalbers has been known for since 1946. In addition to design, producing and finishing jewelry in our own atelier will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

  • Designing exclusive jewelry, both custom-made for clients and for our own collections.
  • Translating customer wishes into sketches, 3D designs with MatrixGold, or prototypes.
  • Contributing new ideas for designs that reflect the identity of Juweliershuis Aalbers.
  • Supporting the production, repair, and finishing of jewelry in our atelier.
  • Advising clients with a strong sense of service, quality, and aesthetics.

Your profile

  • Education and proven experience in jewelry design (preferably combined with experience as a goldsmith).
  • Experience with MatrixGold or similar 3D design software for jewelry.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for style and trends.
  • Professional and representative appearance.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both with colleagues and clients.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
