The Role:

We are looking for a passionate CHEF DE PARTIE to join a new family at Secret Garden.

As part of our Secret Garden team your role is to make sure that our guests have an amazing experience over and over again. As chef de Partie you will be responsible for maintaining quality, preparation and cooking of Nikkei dishes in multiple kitchen sections.

  • Ensure dishes are cooked according to recipe
  • Ensure all mise-en place are prepared on a timely manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with ordering

Requirements:

  • You are a team player, you motivate and inspire others
  • You are reliable, flexible and love to cook
  • Impeccable standards with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
