Starting date: September 1st Shift available: Morning, Lunch and Evening

NENI is opening its second Amsterdam location! We're looking for passionate cooks to join our kitchen team from the pre-opening phase and help shape our breakfast, lunch, and dinner service from day one.

The Role As a Chef de Partie, you play a key role in the kitchen team. You'll own your section, lead mise en place, and help set the culinary standards that define NENI's Eastern Mediterranean identity. You report directly to the Head Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of your section, ensuring consistent quality output
  • Lead mise en place in line with the Head Chef's standards
  • Maintain high standards of preparation, presentation, and consistency
  • Support training and development of junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

What you bring:

  • A passion for consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen
  • At least one year of experience as Chef de Partie or similar
  • Strong understanding of mise en place and section management
  • Good English (Dutch is a plus); Eastern Mediterranean experience is a plus
