Position overview

As an All-Round Hospitality Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of La Catrina. This position requires flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude, as you will work across different areas of the business, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, customer-focused, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a team. You will help ensure smooth operations, high-quality service, and a welcoming environment for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Work across multiple stations, including kitchen, counter service, and guest-facing areas, depending on operational needs.
• Ensure quality, speed, and consistency in all tasks performed.
• Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place before and during service.
• Assemble dishes according to company recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures, including FIFO, product labelling, and temperature controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and labelling products.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and guest-ready environment at all times.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14,40 - €15,00 per hour
