YOUR ROLE

• Operate, set up and convert production machinery
• Start up and shut down production lines
• Monitor and adjust the production process
• Resolve minor technical malfunctions
• Perform and record quality checks
• Process production data accurately Work safely, hygienically and as a team

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• As an Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process running safely, efficiently and according to the required quality standards.
• Operating, setting up and converting production machinery;
• Starting up and shutting down production lines;
• Monitoring the production process;
• Adjusting machines and process parameters when necessary;
• Resolving minor mechanical and technical malfunctions;
• Identifying and reporting more complex technical problems;
• Performing and recording quality checks;
• Accurately processing production data;
• Following all safety, hygiene and quality procedures;
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised;
• Working closely with production, quality and technical services; Contributing ideas to improve the production process.

YOU BRING

• Technical MBO 3 or European equivalent preferred
• 2 years' experience with a relevant qualification
• 5 years' experience without a relevant qualification
• Experience with production machinery Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Good English and willingness to learn Dutch
• Available for four shifts and a long-term future here

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for technically skilled Operators who value safety and quality and want to build a stable future in the Netherlands.

• A-completed-technical-MBO-level-3-qualification-or-an equivalent-European-technical-qualification,-preferably-in process-technology,-electrical-engineering,-mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a similar field;
• At least two years of relevant Operator experience with a relevant technical qualification; At least five years of relevant Operator experience without a relevant technical qualification;
• Experience operating, setting up and adjusting production machinery; Good technical and problem-solving skills;
• A good command of the English language; The willingness to learn Dutch; Flexibility to work in a four-shift system;
• A responsible attitude towards safety, hygiene and quality; The motivation to work and live in the Netherlands for the long term.

WHAT WE OFFER

BASIC SALARY: €20.00 GROSS/HOUR APPROX.

BASIC SALARY + 21% SHIFT ALLOWANCE: €24.20 GROSS/HOUR

• Phase C employment contract from day one
• Two-month probation, then indefinite-term
