We’re looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to work directly with our Founder to help compliment his vision and lead our marketing efforts, champion our lifestyle-driven vision, and take our brands to new heights.

The Role

The Sr. Brand & Marketing role is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for advancing the company’s brand presence, product marketing initiatives, and marketing team development. This role works closely with the existing marketing department, sales leadership, and creative team to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives, brand standards, and growth priorities.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in wholesale and product marketing, brand stewardship, campaign execution, and team leadership. They are equally comfortable driving strategic initiatives, refining creative alignment, and mentoring team members to elevate overall department performance.

This role acts as a key connector between product, sales, creative, and marketing operations, ensuring high-quality execution across all customer and trade-facing touchpoints.

1. Marketing Project Leadership & Product Marketing

Lead and support strategic marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on product marketing, wholesale growth, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing support for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and new product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop marketing tools and initiatives that support wholesale growth and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution.
  • Help prioritize and manage marketing initiatives alongside the existing marketing department.
  • Support campaign development across retail, wholesale, digital, events, and promotional channels.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products and initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.

2. Brand Management & Creative Alignment

Serve as an internal brand leader responsible for maintaining consistency, quality, and alignment across all creative and marketing outputs.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an internal brand manager ensuring all marketing and creative materials align with established brand standards.
  • Partner closely with the Creative Director to develop, refine, and uphold brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Evaluate creative work for consistency, quality, messaging alignment, and strategic effectiveness.
  • Help establish systems and processes that improve brand consistency across departments and channels.
  • Ensure the company’s voice, positioning, and customer experience remain cohesive across all touchpoints.
  • Support the evolution of the brand while protecting core identity and standards.
  • Provide strategic feedback and direction on creative initiatives and campaigns.

3. Team Leadership, Mentorship & Department Development

Support the growth and development of the marketing team through mentorship, leadership, and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to marketing team members across projects and day-to-day work.
  • Help team members navigate challenges, improve execution, and grow professionally.
  • Foster leadership development within the department by coaching emerging leaders.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
  • Support departmental planning, prioritization, and workflow coordination.
  • Act as a senior resource and strategic partner within the marketing department.
  • Encourage continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in brand marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing product launches, campaigns, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative development, and brand management principles.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams and evaluating creative against brand standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience within a marketing or creative environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverage, hospitality, lifestyle, or retail industries.
  • Experience supporting wholesale or B2B sales initiatives through marketing.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows, content production, and campaign development.
  • Experience scaling brand systems and marketing operations in a growing organization.
