About the Role

We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our fulfilment team.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in our daily operations. You will help ensure that customer orders are picked accurately, packed carefully and prepared correctly for shipment.

This is an active and hands-on position where motivation, attention to detail, teamwork and responsibility are important.

You will work closely with your colleagues on the warehouse floor and contribute directly to making sure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Your Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
• Pack orders carefully and efficiently.
• Check products and orders to ensure everything is correct.
• Prepare completed orders for shipment.
• Keep your work area clean, organised and safe.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Follow warehouse procedures and company standards.
• Work together with colleagues and support the team when needed.
• Report missing, damaged or incorrect products.
• Communicate problems or issues to the Team Leader or management.
• Contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
• Take pride in the quality of your work.
• Be willing to learn and improve your skills.
