We are looking for a passionate, client-focused Therapist to join our growing clinic team. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality treatments, exceptional client care and premium treatment experiences.

Location: Amsterdam, Haarlem (Grote Houtstraat), Rotterdam, Amstelveen, Utrecht, Leiden, Den Haag, Nijmegen, Eindhoven

Role Overview

The Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments, excellent client care and consistent treatment outcomes.

This is a hands-on role focused on treatment delivery, client experience, safety and results. You will be responsible for performing consultations, delivering treatments to Aever standard, educating clients, following protocols and ensuring every client receives a professional and premium experience.

You will work closely with the Clinic Manager and wider clinic team to maintain strong treatment standards, support daily clinic flow, contribute to sales and client retention, and help build the reputation of Aever Clinics as a trusted leader in advanced aesthetic treatments.

Success in this role is measured by treatment quality, client satisfaction, safety, productivity, sales contribution and the ability to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Care

• Carry out professional client consultations and skin/body assessments
• Understand client goals, concerns and treatment suitability
• Explain treatment options clearly and confidently
• Build trust with clients through excellent communication and care
• Provide accurate aftercare advice and support client treatment journeys

Treatment Delivery

• Perform treatments to Aever standard across the clinic’s service offering, including advanced laser, skin, body and aesthetic treatments where applicable
• Follow Aever protocols, treatment settings and safety procedures at all times
• Deliver treatments safely, effectively and consistently
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, treatment room preparation and client comfort
• Ensure treatment documentation is completed accurately

Safety, Standards & Protocols

• Adhere to all safety, hygiene and clinic protocols
• Recognise contraindications and escalate concerns where required
• Maintain strong knowledge of treatment indications, expected outcomes and adverse event prevention
• Support a safe and professional clinic environment
• Ensure all treatments are delivered in line with Aever ways of working

Client Experience & Sales

• Deliver a premium client experience from consultation through to aftercare
• Recommend suitable treatment plans, packages and products based on client needs
• Support client retention through excellent service and follow-up
• Contribute to clinic sales targets through ethical, client-focused recommendations
• Maintain professionalism and warmth in every client interaction

Equipment & Product Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of Aever treatments, devices, products and technologies
• Use equipment safely and correctly according to training and protocols
• Support daily room and device readiness
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Keep up to date with new treatments, technologies and product knowledge

Teamwork & Clinic Operations

• Work closely with the Clinic Manager and wider clinic team
• Support smooth daily clinic flow and efficient treatment delivery
• Assist with room preparation, stock awareness and general clinic standards
• Contribute to a positive, professional and high-performance team culture
• Remain flexible and supportive in a fast-paced clinic environment

Learning & Development

• Participate in ongoing training and upskilling
• Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies and treatment developments
• Take feedback positively and apply coaching to improve performance
• Continuously improve technical skill, product knowledge and client care

• Treatment outcomes and client satisfaction are consistently strong
• Consultations are clear, confident and client-focused
• Treatment rooms, devices and documentation are maintained to Aever standard

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, skin clinic or beauty clinic environment
• Experience delivering laser, skin, body and/or advanced aesthetic treatments is desirable
• Strong interest in advanced treatments, skin health, body treatments and technology
• Experience with devices such as Candela, PicoWay, Dermapen, SkinPen or body contouring technologies is desirable
• HBO Bachelor in Skin Therapy / Huidtherapie and/or NVH affiliation preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch preferred
