As a supervisor in our restaurant located in the bustling heart of Amsterdam, you share responsibility with the manager for daily operations and lead the team effectively.

Through your positive coaching style, team members are motivated to deliver top-quality service. Key tasks include helping with overseeing schedules, checking deliveries, and keeping a close eye on the restaurant’s objectives.

The Role

• You feel responsible for the team, the business, and the guests, and you’re only satisfied when everyone else is.
• Ideally, you have leadership experience and can apply this knowledge effectively.
• Hospitality is second nature to you.
• You maintain structure and service levels in this busy location.
• You monitor KPIs (personnel costs, food and beverage costs, reviews, quality scores).
• You lead by example, showing dedication, guiding, coaching team members, and stepping in as needed.
• Communicative and social, you’re enthusiastic, motivating, and bring natural leadership, building a pleasant work environment.
• You assist with the staff training and on boarding
• Availability on weekends, especially Saturday and Sunday (busiest days in hospitality).
