Responsibilities

• Take care of and prepare your section according to standards and direction set.
• Have worked in industry and have knowledge of similar operations.
• Experience in the culinary world, with knife skills and position related knowledge.
• Ensure that all prep is maintained to insure smooth service.
• Provide Guidance in constructive manner.
• Preparing dishes / dish portions according to recipe and planning.
• Ordering and product management.
• All HACCP standards are followed and adhered to.
• Cleaning the work area and kitchen equipment.
