As a Integrity Investigation Intern you’ll be responsible for

• Supporting investigations into a broad spectrum of workplace integrity concerns of varying severity levels. These include, but are not limited to harassment, respectful treatment (e.g. bullying) and fair and equal treatment, and conflict of interest.

What you’ll do

• assisting in preparing detailed investigative reports including case summaries and findings and make recommendations for proper action and resolution.
• Ensuring proper case administration, including timely completion of mandatory steps to meet KPI deadlines and collecting proper supporting documentation of the investigation in the system in line with quality standards.
• Tracking remediation actions from cases and collecting related evidence.
• Support Business Integrity Office to develop and deliver upskilling training to the HR team and business, including preparing business area-specific training materials and communications, scheduling meetings and support in training delivery.
• Collaborate with other Integrity Investigators in areas of fraud, corporate security and legal segments

Your qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s in legal compliance.

• A clear motivation or demonstratable interest in compliance investigations in HR topics.

• Strong verbal and written language skills (English plus Spanish, Portuguese, Polish preferred).

• Independent personal character and a strong sense of integrity.

• High level of attention to detail, excellent drafting skills.
