We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join a company in Maastricht as an Outbound Sales Representative. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in driving the growth by identifying new business opportunities and building connections with potential clients. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying prospects, reaching out through email, phone, and social media to introduce our services, and qualifying leads based on their specific needs, budget, and timeline.

Collaboration will be crucial, as you will work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, ensuring we reach the right audience. Additionally, you will set up meetings between qualified prospects and the senior sales team, helping on a strong client relationships. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training, enhancing your sales skills and industry knowledge.

Wat wij bieden

Wat wij vragen:

• Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau;
• 0-1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field;
• You are fluent in Dutch, French or German AND English with excellent communication and presentation skills & comfortable interacting in English (required). We kindly ask you not to apply to this role if you are not fluent in Dutch/French/German;
• Highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
