What will you do?
We are immediately looking for a new colleague ready to strengthen our team.
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for finding the right candidates, conducting interviews, managing staff schedules, and maintaining client relationships.
In short: a varied position where no day is the same.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Selection: You manage the entire recruitment process, from finding suitable candidates to conducting interviews and placing staff.
• Planning & Coordination: You create staff schedules and ensure the right match between temporary workers and the staffing needs of our clients, in consultation with your colleagues.
• Client Relationship Management: You maintain close contact with clients and temporary workers and regularly visit workplaces to monitor progress.
• Administration: You are responsible for various administrative tasks, such as registering candidates, onboarding them with clients, and managing contracts.

With your solution-oriented attitude and independence, you feel free in your work, while always being able to rely on the support of your colleagues when needed.

• You are fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Polish or Romanian is a plus.
• You have a driver’s license (B).
• You work well independently but also excel within a team.
• Affinity with the technical sector is a plus, but not required.
• You have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• You are motivated to grow and develop yourself within our company.
