As a Team Lead at Albert Heijn Inhouse in Geldermalsen, you will be responsible for the operational management of Albert Heijn’s work processes and the temporary workers. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved. About the function

You will work as the Team Lead at our inhouse location in Geldermalsen. You will manage this team and, together, you will ensure that the client can rely on a stable pool of temporary workers. You will make sure that all agreements with Albert Heijn are met. You do this by:

• Managing your team
• Ensuring the agreed arrangements are maintained
• Leading and guiding your team to meet targets and agreements
• Setting goals for your team and making sure they are achieved

What we need

• Minimum MBO (intermediate vocational education) work and thinking level
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of the English language
• Dutch and/or Polish is a plus
