For multiple hotels 2 and 3 star boutique hotels in Amsterdam we are currently looking for a new night shift receptionist to join their team.

As a night receptionist you will be the main contact person for our guests during the night shift hours. You will be responsible for handling potential requests or issues. You will be dealing with administration tasks and incoming reservations. You will also act as a guard of the hotel, reassuring that everything runs smoothly.

What are we looking for?

• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid verbal and written communication skills (english), second language(s) is a plus
• Organization and administration skills
• You are proactive, take initiative and you are a born team player
• You are stress resistant and resourceful
• You inspire your team to go all the way for our guests

As the face of our hotel during the nighttime hours, you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming guests and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Handling check-ins and check-outs smoothly and efficiently
• Providing guests with helpful information about the hotel, the city, and fun things to do
• Resolving any guest concerns and maintaining the security and cleanliness of the hotel
• Answering incoming phone calls and emails
• Receiving and handling reservations
• Maintaining front office administration

We're looking for someone who is friendly, proactive, and able to provide a seamless guest experience. Someone who has a professional attitude and appearance with solid verbal and communication skills (English), proficiency in Dutch and any other language is a plus.
