BACKGROUND

JOE & THE JUICE (J&TJ) is amongst the fastest-growing companies in the global food & beverage industry. We are currently hiring staff with the availability to work 4 to 5 days per week, and we want you to help take us to the next level!

THE ROLE

As a Juicer you represent JOE & THE JUICE every day in our stores, creating great guest experiences on every shift. You are expected at all times to follow our hygiene and product quality standards and procedures, ensuring consistency and a high level of food safety.

You are expected to meet your surroundings with a positive mindset and attitude, valuing the inclusion of guests and colleagues creating strong social ties.

First and foremost your success depends on the degree to which you are able to approach every day with a positive mindset and attitude. Furthermore, you perform all tasks with dedication and high work ethic, and have a humble and honest approach in all that you do. This will ultimately ensure that you are contributing to an engaging and inclusive atmosphere, creating the foundation for great guest experiences and the opportunity for personal and professional growth.

COMPENSATION:

· From 12.50- 13.68€ per hour

· Additional hourly bonus of 1.50€ (Schiphol only)

You don't need any previous experience to join our movement, although it is a plus! If you're a hard worker, with a can-do attitude, and an eagerness to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: €12,50 - €13,68 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
