As a Product Manager for the Internal Tools Team, you'll be responsible for developing and managing software solutions that support our internal operations and sales teams, enabling efficient installation planning and optimizing our sales and marketing efforts. Your contributions will be crucial in driving our mission to deliver sustainable home energy solutions.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the management team to create, manage, and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for internal software business solutions.

• Decompose the roadmap into manageable projects and ultimately into small, executable working products for the development team.

• Convert operations and sales team requests into solid technical requirements, ensuring the development team can execute effectively.

• Lead the INTT’s cross-functional team, including product owners from sales & marketing, product, and operations departments.

• Align project prioritization between the sales & marketing and operations departments, ensuring coherent and strategic development.

• Create detailed specifications for new feature requests, including background, context, problems to solve, success metrics, and potential solutions.

• Monitor day-to-day progress of feature development, providing visibility and updates to the rest of the organization.

• Maintain and prioritize the project backlog, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.

• Manage the entire development process from ideation to release, including intensive testing and bug fixing.

What you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field.

• At least 6 years of combined experience as a developer and in a Product Management or Product Owner role.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• A strong understanding of the importance of clear, well-defined requirements.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Fluency in English.
