As we’re planning to install 3.000.000 heat pumps by around 2030 we're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious person that’s not afraid to make their hands dirty and make a real dent in the climate change challenge that we are already facing. Are you ready to rise to the challenge?

As an Electrician at Quatt you will have very diverse tasks and responsibilities within Quatt. You will be at the heart of our company, supporting Sales, Work Preparation, Installers and other colleagues with your electrical knowledge which is really important for Quatt. You will be responsible for the implementation of electrical installations within our whole process. Besides that you are a teacher and inspirator for your intern colleagues, training them and making improvements within the process.

Your goal will be to provide the possibility of excellent electrical installations done by our own installers and be the guide for the company on how to work on this.

What you will bring:

• Provide the right knowledge about electrical works within low voltage systems - as households across the whole organization.

• Provide knowledge around regulations, safety, equipment and other things to take in consideration while working within low voltage systems.

• Provide connection diagrams for different types of home installations.

• Provide the right tooling, training and calculations for our Technical Accountmanagers and Installers for doing their job.

• Willing to be responsible for the designation policy within the company - make sure we deliver the right quality on the job.

• Be in close contact with other experts within and outside the company on regulations and quality.

• Be in close contact with Team Leads to discuss quality delivered on the job.

• Be an intermediary between our product team, sales team and field employees. Share 2-way feedback, to help improve our product and customer experience.

• Be the one who takes the lead in decision making on operational challenges installing different types of electrical installations.

• Do whatever is needed to make our customers happy and turn Quatt into a huge success!

What you will need:

• You want to make a positive impact on the world and fight climate change.

• MBO4 Elektrotechniek with a degree in designing, calculation, installing, inspecting and maintaining low voltage systems.

• This degree you need to have - if you have not a degree on all the points above but do have MBO4 Elektrotechniek, let us know - we can provide some extra courses if needed.

• Preferably you have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience within a similar role.

• Ability to read/write technical materials and manuals.

• You are fluent in Dutch and very good in English.

• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and take responsibility when needed.

• You know how to provide support to your colleagues in a helpful, polite & solution-oriented manner.

• You are not afraid to work independently, make mistakes, learn from them and fix them.

Even better if you have:

• Experience working with solar, ev chargers, home batteries or other electrical assets by homeowners.
