Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) Officer – The Netherlands

We are currently searching for a QHSE Officer for our headquarters in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

What will you be doing as a QHSE Officer at MAG45?

The Quality Assurance Officer develops company policies with regard to quality assurance, health, safety and environment (HSE) and ensures it’s implementation for Group MAG45. You are responsible for the implementation and effectiveness of MAG45’s quality management system and supporting procedures in line with internal en external regulations. As QA officer you analyse quality data (e.g. complaints) and translate into trends and analysis and initiate corrective or preventive actions and improvement projects. Act as a complaint owner for all major complaints, coach and develop employees on QHSE related topics. The QHSE officer ensures safety training and certificates are in place and valid for all applicable roles and associates in MAG45.

In this role you report to the ESG Manager of MAG45.

Interpret internal and external regulations and translate to policies and actions required for MAG45

Ensure implementation of policies, required actions and supporting procedures

Assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Documentation, reporting and communication

Driving our Integral management system

Driving our Health, Safety & Environment policy

The role is tailor-made for you if:

• A relevant Bachelor level of education, knowledge and experience

At least 5 years of experience in an international environment

Certifications including quality auditor, quality improvement, Lean Six Sigma certificate (minimal green belt and preferably a black belt certificate)

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Experience with implementation of corrective action programs

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases

Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA

Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
