What You’ll Do:

Define project scope, budget, spend, schedule and execution strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and the other key stakeholders;

Lead high-value, multi-disciplinary capital projects with company-wide impact from initiation to project closure;

Ensure seamless execution of projects while adhering to quality, safety, and compliance standards;

Manage project risks, budget, and performance indicators to drive world class projects;

Supporting the development and enhancement of project management capabilities across the organization;

Build, develop and coach your project team(s), fostering a culture of continuous improvement;

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals;

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of project management experience, leading multidisciplinary large capital projects (preferably in the food industry or complex environments);

Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities;

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills and proven ability to perform in a matrix organisation;

Experience managing large-scale projects (€5M - €50M) with up to 50 team members;

Change management expertise with a continuous improvement mindset;

Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills in Dutch and English;

Highly driven, creative, and a solution-oriented mindset;

Flexibility and ability to travel and stay over depending on the location in EMEA where the project is executed. Project Manager is expected to be physically present at the project location most of the time, but especially during project realisation in the field.
