As an intern in our marketing team, you’ll do a lot of things. This role needs to work closely with the Marketing team and across departments especially with the Sales and Product Management teams.

We’re eager to onboard the most talented people in the game, but we are also looking for a good fit. Someone who is eager to learn, inspires, takes the stage, and who is a futurist at heart.

What you’ll gain from this internship

You will get first-hand experience working in the marketing department of an international consumer electronics company. You will independently manage your own domain within marketing department. You will also get the freedom to coordinate projects independently to broaden your marketing knowledge and your project management skills. By the end of your internship, you’ll have a well-rounded knowledge of the marketing department and how to lead projects across multiple functions/teams.

Activities

Coordination of product launches and content distribution (e.g. sales sheets, images, etc).
Supporting marketing activities (e.g. events, presentations, mailings etc.)
Create and update marketing collateral (e.g. flyers, brochures, etc)
Briefing our graphic design teams
Coordination of content localization with in-house translation
Conception, planning, coordination and execution of projects across channels
Build and maintain a reporting infrastructure to capture the impact of all marketing efforts
Establish processes for supporting a clean database of records
Assist in building processes across channels
Help with operational assistance when needed

About You

Are flexible, pro-active attitude and can take the initiative
Are able to work in a fast-paced time sensitive environment, manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
You have initiative, high-level organizational skills and are able to thrive under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel
Are fluent in English with excellent written and communication skills. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
You are registered Bachelor / Master student in Communications, Marketing or in a similar vein
You are available for a 5-6 months internship (starting 2 September 2024) for 40 hours a week
Have the ability to work autonomously and/or in teams
You have excellent project management and timekeeping skills with strong attention to detail
Interest in the technology and consumer electronics industry is a plus
