About the company:

At Maya Gold we offer a wide range of organic products & ingredients sourced only by working directly together with our farmers, and distribution of those products all over Europe and Worldwide.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Data Entry: Accurately input data into our systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly filed. Putting unpaid invoices to a payment software.
● Document Preparation: Help in preparing, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
● Communication: Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service.
● File Management: Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
● Support Projects: Assist in various administrative projects and tasks as needed, including research, event planning, and coordination.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments, offering administrative support and ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications:
● Education: Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
● Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
● Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Professionalism: A proactive attitude with a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Position: Trainee/Sales Intern:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/Master's Degree (cool if you have one, but not a deal-breaker)
- Studying anything related to business/sales/communications
- Must be from the European Union (or an international student in the Netherlands with a BSN #)
- Excellent at English (talking and writing)
- We are looking for someone who can speak: German, French, Italian, Polish, Spanish, or Portuguese –, let's make Europe our playground!

Your Job:

You will be supporting the operations staff to make sure the administration is in good order (paying invoices, entering data into the system, asking for freight quotes and supporting the sales team to deliver smoothly)
