As an orderpicker at Kruidvat, you will be responsible for the orders for the stores/winkels in the Netherlands and Belgie. You will work with a voice-pick system available in Dutch, English, or Polish. Along with your teammates, you will ensure that pallets are prepared on time for shipment. Your Tetris skills will come in handy as you carefully and efficiently pack the pallets with products like toothpaste, shampoo, laundry detergent, toys, and clothing.
After 6 months, you will have the opportunity to be hired permanently by the client and continue developing your skills. You can even learn how to operate electric pallet trucks or reach trucks. These training courses are free through Olympia, and you’ll also have the chance to improve your Dutch/Nederlands or English/Engels language skills.

- You are flexible and precise in your work.
- You are willing to work in two shifts: from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- You are available for full-time or part-time work during the week.
- You are available at least on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- You can work at least two Saturday mornings per month.
- You have your own transportation, as public transport may not be practical due to shift hours.
- A competitive hourly wage of €14.74, plus an ADV bonus of €1.03 per hour (up to 35 hours).
- Shift bonuses: 125% for hours worked after 8:00 PM on weekdays.
- Saturday bonuses: 130% before 6:00 PM, 150% after 6:00 PM.
- Holiday bonuses of 200%.
