At Cuurios, we’re revolutionizing how data is transformed into actionable insights, ensuring asset safety, efficiency, and streamlined operations. Our software technology detects unsafe or suboptimal conditions, automating workflows to seamlessly bridge the gap between problems and solutions.

The Role: We’re seeking an ambitious Medior Java Developer with a keen interest in data streaming and AI. You’ll work on our data pipeline product, engaging in all development stages from architecture design to low-level coding. This greenfield project requires high-level abstraction, reasoning, and deep knowledge of Java and the JVM. Key tasks include:

• Resource management of container cluster
• Implementing the DSL that drives our data pipeline
• Building an advanced memory management system
• Processing complex data events at scale

We’re also exploring Neuro Symbolic AI, aiming to interface an LLM with our DSL for innovative data handling.

Your Impact: As a medior developer, you’ll contribute code and provide input on architecture and design within our reactive, international, and ambitious team.

What are we looking for?

• 3-6 years of experience as Java Developer
• Java / Data Pipelines / Back-end / Streaming / Multi-Threading
• Low Level / Performance / Memory Model / Serialization
• AI / Machine Learning (Preferable)
• Start-up mentality & independent worker
• Good communicative skills
• You enjoy solving complex problems, love working at a high level of abstraction
• You are used to modern development tools and techniques (Agile development, git).
• You live in The Netherlands and don't need a visa sponsor to work in The Netherlands
